Tiny Tots
This class is intended for children 18 months to 3 years old and their parents. This is a great opportunity for children and parents to interact in a fun and unique setting, while allowing the little gymnasts to explore the world around them. We will work on walking across the floor beams, swinging on the small bars, rolling around the floor, and learning to balance while jumping on the trampoline. A fun and exciting experience for everyone!!
Age: 18 months- 3 yrs

Tiny Tumblers
Your child’s first adventure in the gym on their own will continue with all of the fun they’ve experienced in Tiny Tots. They will learn to navigate each apparatus and gain confidence in themselves along the way. We will expand on their previous skills and introduce them to new skills on the bars, beam and floor.
Age: Preschool (4 – 5 years old only)
*Limited to 15 participants
Rollers
Gymnasts will be introduced to all 4 events. Focus will be on cartwheels, rolls, and handstands. Backbends, leaps, and jumps will be practiced.
Level: Beginner gymnasts entering K-6
Tumblers
Gymnasts will begin working on back walkovers, handsprings, and round-offs, and more emphasis will be placed on beam, bars, and vaulting skills.
Level: Gymnasts entering grades K – 6 with some experience *cartwheels, rolls, and handstands are mastered.
Aerials
Gymnasts will work on perfecting skills, and begin working on kips, back hip circles, cartwheels on beam, and handsprings.
Level: For grades 2-6 coach placement only.
Twisters
Gymnasts will start to develop routines, bar and vault skills will advance, gymnasts will begin thinking of high school routines.
Level: For grades 2-6 coach placement only.
High School
For students on the high school team or entering high school gymnastics. Practices will focus on skill work at all four events.
Sensory Exploration & Skills
This class is focused on empowering kids to build strength and develop various sensory skills such as balance, coordination, proprioception, and vestibular input. This class is inclusive but not limited to children with special needs.
